To join: Take the Star Fragment from the El Nido Triangle (Home) and go to the Sky Dragon Island (Home). Fight Starky to get him to join. L. 3 Technique (One enemy): "StarLight". A StarMan comes down and shoots the enemy with a MK1 attack. L. 5 Technique (All enemies): "StarBurst". A StarMan comes down and shoots everyone with a MK2 attack.
