The High Templar's psionic storm is a powerful ripple of psionic energy within an area, damaging all unit with disregard to their armor. A slow-moving unit caught within the storm will take massive amounts of damage, and if its hit points do not suffice, it will die.

Hallucination creates 2 duplicate images of the targeted unit, with energy slowly depleting. When the energy runs out, or when enough hits are delivered to the Hallucination, it disappears in a cloud of blud smoke. A hallucination cannot attack or cast spells, but it may explore , distract and take damage for other units.
Description:
Although the High Templar is slow-moving and physically weak, its spells more than make up for these weaknesses. Even when their energy is depleted, Archons, summoned rather quickly, can massive amounts of damage and take loads of punishment from enemy fire.
