Mission 4: The Hunt for Tassadar

Conditions for winning

Conditions for losing

The High Templars you receive are very useful in this mission. Scout ahead with them, but keep your other units close. When anything appears in the sight range, whether it's a cluster of Hydralisks or Mutalisks, cast Psionic Storm on it, run, and have your other units move in to engage the survivors of the initial Psionic Storm.

If another group nearby is attracted, cast Psionic Storm on them too, while in battle, even if it might hit some of your own Zealots a bit. Move north and once you can't anymore, proceed east and keep heading east until you arrive at the edge of the map.

Move north again to find Tassadar and Raynor, and starting build up your base. Place Photon Cannons as defense on the eastern and southern sides of the base, and build up a force of 24 Zealots and 12 Dragoons.

Send them along the route you can from, and clean out any Zerg resistance. Have Raynor and Tassadar follow up and lead them to the beacon. You can create Archons by clicking two High Templars and telling them to merge, and this creates a very powerful unit that has a lot of shield points and excellent damage to both ground and air units.
