Staff Bio

Real Name:

Take a guess maybe you'll get lucky

How did you come up with your name?

The Red Comet was the nickname of the Zeon's Ace pilot Char Aznable (Mobile Suit Gundam). Since my first Shrine was a Gundam one I figure get something that is Gundamy.

Gender: Male

Place of Origin/Residence:

Harrodsburg, Kentucky, USA

Birthdate: April 5, 1988
Religion: Christianity, even though I don't entirely believe EVERYTHING that it preaches.
Hobbies: Hardly anything at all anymore.
Idol: Kirk Hammett (lead guitarist of Metallica)
Future Plans I don't know, but I know I don't want to die some nameless everyday Joe. I want to leave a nice big scar somewhere and always be remembered for something great.
Favorite Shows/Anime: To tell you the truth, TV sucks and anime isn't far behind it.
Favorite Movies: God, when was the last time I watched a movie?
Favorite Games: Mostly Final Fantasy AKA something that lets me escape this hellhole we call reality for an hour or two. Right now, I'm enjoying action/adventure games or whatever you'd classify games like Devil May Cry and Metal Gear Solid as.
Favorite RPG Characters: Cloud, Vincent, or Garland
Favorite Type of Music: Rock, Hard Rock, Metal, Nu-Metal, Death Metal, but I'm particularly fond of 80's Thrash Metal.
Favorite Music Albums: Metallica-The first 4, Megadeth-Countdown to Extinction, Black Sabbath-Paranoid.

Why did you join RPG Classics?:

Long story really. I've been friends with Crotanks in real life for a long time and he eventually convinced me to come into the chat one day (Dec. 18 or 19 2002 to be exact) under the name KillerCloud88, and talked some shit and ended up getting banned for a long time. Anyway, during this time in the chat Crotanks mentioned to me he was doing a shrine, and he and I have always had sort of a competive friendship when it comes to games or just about anything, so I decided I'd do a shrine and get the one up on him, and to have something to keep my mind off other things.

But what shrine to do? I started off going to do the Front Mission shrine, but then stumbled upon Aeon Genesis Translation Proclamation's page for there Cross Dimension 0079 page. The game looked interesting and was Gundam (which I was, at the time, a very big fan of), so I decided to download a copy of the rom and try it out. I liked it and it turned out it was a Strategy RPG meaning I could do a shrine on it instead of Front Mission. I was thrilled. So for the next month or so I worked hard reading to learn HTML so I could make one of the best shrines at RPGC (which it is not, in my opinion). Eventually 4 monthes down the road and after being revised a couple of times my shrine was finished and added to the others and I became staff; 5 days before Crotanks. Been here ever since but over time my views of a lot of things changed, I suppose you could call it "growing-up" but whatever it was wasn't really all too fun. I could go on and on about how over the next 9 months my life changed and probably (in part with thanks to my internet) I lost interest in a lot of things I probably once enjoyed.

Things You Hate: Retarded "YOUR MOM! OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111" jokes, rules, politics/politicians, pop stars like Britney Spears that have been the cause of many 6 year old girls dressing like sluts, Nickelodeon for adding to the "slut-making" process, rap music, rich, "sophisticated" pricks, hypocrites, 1337 talk, people obsessed with computers, computers, doctors, scientists, ignorant theories for things that pencil necked geeks can't solve so they confuse the rest of us with some stupid bullshit, cheery people, and last but not least, people who try to enforce changes in a person's personality just to fit there idea of what a "good person" is. Damn, that's a lot of things I hate.
Anything else?: Follow the God that failed..
