Mission 3: Legacy of the Xel'Naga

Conditions for winning

Conditions for losing

You start off with a base in the southeastern corner. You have just enough time to tell your Probes to start gathering minerals when some Shuttles escorted by Corsairs come and destroy a Zerg establishment to the north. The Sunken Colonies and Spore Colonies are destroyed by the Dragoons.

Pull the Dragoons and Corsairs back to your main base afterwards, and start putting some Gateways to good use. When you have a sizable force of around 6 Dragoons, have them escort a Probe to the place you cleaned out. Start an expansion there, while keeping in mind that the Zerg will attack with periodic drops of Hydralisks and Zergligns, both with drops to the south of your initial base and drops west of it. Seal the edges off with Photon Cannons and a few High Templar.

Get 6 Shuttles or so and a few more Corsairs. Load 4 Reavers, 4 Dark Templar, 4 Zealot and 4 Dragoons into those Shuttles and ready them at the west center region of the map. Have your Corsairs move in and cast Disruption Web on the Spore Colonies. Follow up by dropping your units via Shuttle and destroying the rest of the Zerg base. Have Scout support or more Zealots/Dragoons in Shuttles if you wish.
