All your structures are destroyed

You can sweep south of the Zerg base with force and attempt to reach the Crystal if you wish, but attacking the Overmind is simply easier. First, set up the Zerg base with Sunken and Spore Colonies, and defend the Protoss one with Photon Cannons.

Gather up some Dark Templars, Zerglings, and Hydralisks. Tell them to attack to the west of your base, where in the northwest corner, a small Zerg base awaits. Destroy it and establish your own Zerg base, and start collecting minerals.

Lightly defend your new base and get a lot of Zerglings, Hydralisks, Reavers and Zealots. Tell them all to attack directly south of you in this order: Zergling sweep, Hydralisks and the Zealots following up, and finally the Reavers dropping in a wrecking havoc. This should be enough to destroy the Overmind.

In case it is not, have some more Hydralisks paired up with Zealots move in and some Reavers and maybe a few Mutalisks accompying. Air units should not be overused as the whole map is littered with enemy Spore Colonies.
