Pilot the Gummi ship to the Battle Level 9 world past Neverland. You have just entered Hollow Bastion. Save at the Save Point you enter on. In the Rising Falls area you can walk on the surface of the water, so jump down a little and find the chest behind the rocks to releaseDalmations 91, 92, & 93. Head back to the Save Point, from the platform with the save point, jump from one ice platform to another, until you reach the central floating rock. Cross the rock and go inside the bubble floating on the other side. This will take you under the water's surface where you can obtain a Dispel-G. When the bubble expires the party heads back up to the surface. Once your on the surface head back to the Save Point and use it. Now head back to the rock platform, only now continue using the ice platforms, until you are introduced to Beast.
Well without getting into specifics (and spoiling a huge plot point), Beast is your only party member for a bit of time. Also for this time, while you are alone with Beast, you do not have the Keyblade, you have a Wooden Sword, so your only real attack strength comes from your spells at this point, so make them count. Also Beast is very strong, and can attack the Heartless very well, so let him attack and just Cure him. While on the platform where all the crap hits the fan turn around and find three chests on high ledges behind you. There is a moving platform near here so get on it and Glide over to the closest chest to obtain a Megalixer. Now Glide down the slope of platforms to the other chests to get a Blizzaga Ring, and a Dispel-G. Now head back to the platform with the pond. This time jump on the platform on the left, then turn around and jump to the highest platform in the area. Continue up the steps and ride a magic platform to the castle.
The large gates at the base of the castle are locked, so don't bother heading over to them, unless you want to fight some strong heartless. Instead head off to the right from the entrance and go down the steps to find two crystals. Activate the red crystal to activate the platform above. Then use the blue crystal to ride the platform to the Base Level below. If you don't feel like waiting you can jump down to the Base Level as well. There are quite a number of heartless in this area, so you may want to let Beast handle them while you stand off to the side casting Cura on him. Also you could cast the occasional damage spell, but its all up to you. There are two bubbles on the water's surface. Use the higher one on the left to go behind the rock face.
Now use the square platform to jump to a chest containing a Mythril. From here turn around and jump to a chest with a Tornado-G inside. Also on this platform is an ice switch, use it to move a metal block from the oppposite wall. Now you want to jump from ledge to ledge towards the entrance point. Open the chest to gain another Tornado-G, now return to the alcove inside the rock. Now more the square platform to the center of the tiled area. Now jump to the ledge above and use another ice switch to move a second platform out from the wall. Now that all the platforms are out jump across them to the balcony and go inside the Waterway.
Within this small area there is a chest behind some bars which are impassable...unless your Beast. Your auto targeting will allow you to ask Beast to Smash the wall down so that you can back there. After the little demolition show open the chest for a Esuna-G. Now head back to Base Level and use the lower of the two bubbles to get to a different entrance of the Waterway. Open the chest here for a Firaga Ring, then use the save point. Now you need to let Beast do what he does best...break stuff, auto target the wall nearby and bash it good. Now you can continue onward.
The bubble on the ground will take you to the next area, but before you go jumping bubbles again freeze it with a blast from Blizzara. When frozen the bubbles become temporary platforms you can jump on to. So hop on to the new platform and quickly off it, onto a wall between the rooms. If you move along the top of the wall you can get to a chest with a Flare-G inside. Now go back down to the newly defrosted bubble and use it to take you to the next area. Move to the wall on the left in this new area and have Beast beat it down again. Now some more heartless show up to impede your way so take them out and remember where the Blue Trinity Mark is. The chests on the right and left both contain a Float-G. In the next section of the Waterway you need to screw with gates to move along. However you should note that for every gate you open another one closes, also there are some switches and sections that you can't get to yet.
Gates
Go around the corner to the left and activate the crystal switch to open a gate across the room. Now activate the second crystal switch on a gate a little further up and you will box yourself in. You now want to head around the corner to the right and use the crystal in the corner to open the final gate at the end. Now activate the crystal on the floor. Now you can jump into a bubble that will take you to a new area. Here you will want to use the crystal to ride the lift to the upper section. Here you will want to try and avoid the Defender heartless as it can be quite tough without Donald and Goofy, and use the crystal nearby to start up the machinery. You should hear the sound of a door opening when you activate the crystal. Now head back to the previous area and activate the crystals in the exact opposite order to get out. Now head back through the areas until you get back to the Castle Gates. Fight your way through the heartless at the gates and enter the castle through the large double doors.

Riku [HP)500] [EXP)2000]
Not to spoil any plot points but after entering the main castle doors, you will be witness to a very nice scene. One in which Sora retrieves the Keyblade from Riku, AND gets his friends back. Once the scene is over its time to fight your former best pal. Riku is very resistant to magic so rely on physical hits and combos to take him down. He is very quick and hsa some nice sliding and aerial combo attacks. Use Dodge Roll and Guard when necessary. Also either during or after the battle there are some pots in the corner of the room that contain 2 Hi-Potions and some HP Balls if you are running out of HP during battle don't hesitate to bust some pottery and heal up. Once you beat Riku you will gain the ability to use White Trinity Marks. Select your party members and onward you go.

Now that you have beaten Riku down a bit head forward to find a door engraved with the Heartless emblem. After Sora mentions that it is missing some pieces use your first person POV to find a chest on a high ledge. You will need to use the wall sconce on the right side to jump up there. But once you get to it, open it for a well deserved Power Up. Now head out to the balcony and around to the left of the door and walk through the double wooden doors and into the Library. This is a fun place with lots of secrets and items.
The Library
First off examine the book on the ground near the entrance to find the first of many books out of place in this grand library. This is the Khama vol.8. If you lock onto a space in the nearby section of red books you will be able to return this book to its rightful place. When you do this a secret passage opens for you. Now examine the nearby pillar, when you do so Sora will spin the shelf inside the pillar and if it stops on the chest you will be able to open it. When you get the chest you will happily see it contains an Elixer. Now head up the stairs and do the same things with the next pillar to get a Mythril. Also the second pillar in the upper section contains a Mega-Potion. Also up on the second level if you use the Green Trinity Mark, you will knock Azal vol.3 from the top of a bookcase. Also grab the Theon vol.6 on the desk. Use the save point next to the desk when you feel like it, there is still alot to do here. Move the bookcase and take out the green book Mava vol.6. If you examine the same spot again you can put back Theon vol.6 which you got from the desk. The bookcase slides away to reveal a switch. When you push the switch, the nearby doors unlock, but don't enter them yet. Now hop over the balcony rail and onto the tops of the bookcases and glide across to a chest above the entrance. Inside this chest you will find a Dispel-G. Stay ontop of the bookcase and move across the top to another pillar. This one has a chest with a rare AP Up item in it. You should be able to see a square gap between the bookcases. Fall into that area and look for a blue book Salegg vol.6 within the row of green books. Place this new book into the space of the row of blue books to open an exit from your little square hole. Now head back to the entrance and examine the row of yellow books. Here you can place Azal vol.3. Doing this will close one passage in the library and open another. Now run around the library and check the other side of the bookcase that just moved. Here you will find Nahara vol.5. Head back upstairs to place Nahara vol.5 in the row of books across from the desk. A new bookcase will be revealed and Mava vol.3 will missplaced in it, so take it out. Now jump down to the area below and place both Mava vol.3 and 6 in their respected places in the row of green books. This causes the bookcase to swing open revealing a secret room. The book on the table here is Hafet vol.4. Take this purple book to the row of its like color books on the second floor near the desk. Once placing it in its proper place a secret passage to the Lift Stop will be revealed.
If you enter into the secret passageway and into the Lift Stop, you will be treated to two easy chests. Lock onto the floating chest and cast Gravira to lower it to the ground. Run over and open it for a Tornado-G. Examine the nearby crystal to get on a lift which will carry your party to an area very high up in the same room. Use Gravira on the floating chest here to get yourself a Ultima-G. Now hop on the lift and take it back to the Library.
Now save your game in the library and head through the double doors into the upper level of the Entrance Hall. There are a few objects around this balcony. Use Fira on all the clandles to extinguish the flame on the central brazier. Run clockwise from the Library doors to find a stone with a lightning bolt engraved on it. Cast Thundara on it to lower two platforms near the rooms center platform. Use either of the rising and falling platforms to jump onto the center platform and nab the Emblem Piece from the now extinguished brazier. Jump and glide back to the balcony. On the side of the room opposite from the library doors there is a statue of a tusked monster. Push it to reveal a chest in the area directly below. There is also a second tusked statue with a vase on either side. Smash both vases to start a fountain in the room below. The statue will spit out another Emblem Piece. Now use the Red Trinity Mark near the bull-headed statue counterclockwise from the Library doors. This will make the statue drop into the room below and reveal another Emblem Piece. Now head back to the Library and save and restore. Now head back to the lower section of the Entrance Hall and get your Emblem Pieces. Head to the alcove at the top of the stairs and examine the door four times to place all four Emblem Pieces to the heartless door.
Going Up?
After a small event, three sets of heartless attack the Entrance Hall. After beating all the heartless down head through the door and into the Lift Stop. If you examine the red crystal it will turn blue. This will cause the lift nearby to travel up instead of down. To go to the next level up examine the crystal near the door. Use Gravira on the floating chest to gain an Orichalcum. Once you have retrieved the item ride the lift back to the entrance and switch teh crystal on the left again, so that the lift takes you down to a new entrance in the Waterway. Once down here fight off the heartless and jump on the platform on the right and up to the Lift Stop. If you examine the red crystal you will release some MP Balls and a Mythril. Now ride the lift back down to the Waterway. The other lift takes you back to the dungeon(where you were with just Sora and Beast) head back there now with Goofy and Donald to activate taht Blue Trinity Mark you passed by before. This releases a Mega-Ether, a Mega-Potion, and a Cottage. Now ride back to the Lift Stop and back to the entrance.
Head left past the directional switch and go through the passage out to the Castle Gates area. Defeat all the heartless here(make sure you don't fall off). Once all the heartless are defeated, head around the corner and activate the red crystal. This will cause a platform to move overhead, which you can use to reach the orange pipe platform. There is a chest floating up here, use Gravira to pull it down and release Dalmations 94, 95, & 96. Now ride the moving platform to its furthest point over the long drop down, then glide to the other moving platform in the area. This platform's path takes you very close to the top of a column, where you can jump off and get a Holy-G. The platform also takes you to a floating column with a chest. Open the chest to get an Orichacum. Now ride the platforms back to the area near the orange pipe platform, examine the crystal near the edge to ride up to a higher level.
Higher and Higher We Go
Move over the ledge and activate the red crystal near the platform. After the party gets on, the platform begins to move. If you turn towards the castle you will see it passing by. At a point the platform will cease moving and a group of Wizards will attack. Defeat them to make a crystal appear on the platform. Activate it to get the platform moving again. Once the platform stops and the party gets off on the opposite side of the castle, use the Blue Trinity Mark to get two Cottages, a Megalixer and some MP Balls. The chest here contains a Dispel-G. Now head down the side stairs and into the castle. Use the blue crystal to activate and ride the lift to the platform above. Head through the doorway to a new area of the Great Crest area. Outside head towards the lift and open the chest to gain an Orichacum. If you examine the crystal on the other side of the platform you can ride up to another level.
There are some powerful heartless here, so after taking them out use Gravira to lower the chest near the wall for a Thundaga Ring. Also there is a red crystal on the platform, but dont use it yet. Instead there is a doorway partially hidden under two huge blocks in the center of the area. To reach this doorway you need to return to where the lift dropped you off and jump from the edge. Now Glide toward the center dropping a little bit as you float down. Pass through the doorway to find a small platform inside the Lift Stop area. Use Gravira again to lower another chest which houses a Float-G. As the party leaves the area Glide from the platform to the far left, this will make you return to the level below, which makes it easier to return to the High Tower platform where you started. Now use the red crystal on the balcony to lower half of the huge block. Go through the doorway near the landing to get to the Lift Stop. Beat some more Heartless and head across the platform to the opposite doorway.
Beat all the heartless on the High Tower platform then use Gravira again to lower another floating chest, this time freeing Dalmations 97, 98, & 99. Examine the red crystal to lower the other half of the large block. Now go across the blocks and use the yellow crystal to raise the second half of the block up again. Now use the blocks as stairs and go up to a higher level and fight some Wizards and Darkballs. The chest here contains a Megalixer. The crystal on this level opens a different path for the platform that appeared in the secret room in the Library. Use Gravira on the floating chest to bring it down and gain a Thundaga-G. Now head back down the blocks and around the corner and into the Lift Stop, and cross into the Castle Chapel. Its time to fight a boss.

Maleficent [HP)900] [EXP)6000]
Both Maleficent and her platform have thier own HP meters in this battle. As soon as she begins to float around above you lock onto her platform and unleash some nice combos on it to deplete its HP and bring it down. You can also cast Gravira on it to lower it to the ground. Once it is lowerd Maleficent is vulnerable to your attacks. Once she is vulnerable beat her down the best you can, while trying to ignore the heartless she summons(unless you want extra HP). Watch out though once on her platform and attacking her, she will cast a spell called Dark Meteor which is quite powerful and she will also try to beat you away with her staff. You can however avoid these attacks by running away from her platform. You can also try casting Fira on her during the battle from a distance. Once you defeat the evil witch you will recieve Ansem's Report 5 and Donald learns the Cheer ability.

You are not done yet...as soon as the battle is over use the Save Point because the next battle is quite a doozy if you are not prepared. Get prepared for another Boss fight and make sure that Sora has Ars Arcanum and Strike Raid equipped in his abilities. Also Sora should have Cura and Aerora shortcuted. You may also want to place some higher end items in the items slots of Sora in case you need in the next battle. Once you feel you are ready head into the black hole that Maleficent left behind.

Dragon [HP)1200] [EXP)6000]
This dragon can be either hard or easy to defeat. If you are prepared and quick enough then he is a pushover. If you are not preparred well or not of a good level, you will probably be crushed by its power. The dragon can unleash insanely powerful attacks directly in front of it, so try and glide to its back legs. Once behind the beast run up its tail and back and target its neck. Once here unleash Strike Raid as soon as the dragons head reaches your level. Make sure you get the most out of your Strike Raid ability. Every time the Raid command appears during the Strike Raid sequence hit it as soon as it appears, if you do this enough Judgement will appear, hit it quickly. This will completely deplete your MP but the damage it does is worth it. If the dragon is still standing after that beating take and Ether and unleash Ars Arcanum directly in front of it and beneath its neck. Continue doing this and normal combos to defeat the Dragon. Once the beast has been defeated you recieve the Fireglow.

As you pass through the black hole again a new pass is revealed into the Chapel. Use the save point and prepare Sora for a very tough one-on-one rematch with his ex-best friend. Make sure Sora has equipped Guard, Counterattack, and Ars Arcanum. Also unequip Dodge Roll as you will be able to defend better with only Guard and Counterattack. Also make sure Aerora and Cura are still in the Magic shortcuts for Sora. Now save your game and head into the new passageway. In the upper levels of the Lift Stop you will encounter some Shadows but they are so weak you can ignore them unless you feel like beating them down for fun of course, and continue on into the Grand Hall. Enter the doors and walk forward to start the fight.

Riku II [HP)900] [EXP)8500]
This fight is similar to the one with Captain Hook, except this time you can't fly and your opponent can weild a blade much better than Hook can. When Riku attacks normally use "Triangle" to activate your Guard ability and deflect his attack. With Counterattack equipped you can recover from the blow quickly and counter with combos of your own. If you have the Olympia Keychain (which I suggest you get before heading to Hollow Bastion, as it is the most powerful keychain at this time) you can deal a nice amount of damage before Riku can start dodging your attacks. If you start getting hurt alot use Glide to get away quick and cast Cura on yourself. Riku also has two attacks you need to be aware of. One of them resembles Strike Raid in that he throws his keyblade at you. This attack is easier to dodge then it is to deflect but if you can manage to hit the keyblade as it comes at you you can reflect it back to Riku and damage him (just like Wakka on destiny island). Also you need to be very aware of when Riku begins to power up. When you seem him doing so get prepared for a series of lighting fast attacks. He will dash across the area trying to strike you with his Keyblade. It is best to just jump and Glide around until he stops. Also if you are able to knock Riku off balance then use Ars Arcanum at close range to unleash a huge combo on him and take a large chunk of his HP away. Once you finally defeat this opponent Sora will recieve the Ragnarock ability.

After the battle a scene occurs and to not spoil anything you will be in control of a Shadow Heartless for a small period of time. Basically you have to get to where the party is with this character. so head out to the High Tower area and drop to the Great Crest area. Drop from a balcony here to get to the Castle Gates below. Then head inside and head back to the Entrance Hall where you will meet up with party. After another little scene you will be back in control of Sora and the rest of the party...thanks to Kairi.
After all the events at Hollow Bastion you will automatically return to Traverse Town. Find Cid behind the Item Workshop and talk to him. Then head to the Secret Waterway at the back of the Alleyway to find Kairi. After talking with her head towards the sun moral on the back wall to gain a Navi-Gummi. Now head back to Kairi and talk with her again. She will give you the Oathkeeper Keychain. Also you can use the White Trinity Mark here now to get an Orichalcum. Use the platform at the top of the stairs to enter Merlin's house from here. Give the Fairy Godmother the Fireglow to recieve the Mushu summon. Now head back to the First District to talk to Cid to find out that there is some crazy things going on at Hollow Bastion since you left. Cid will install the Navi-Gummi on your Gummi ship allowing you to utilize a new warp hole. Once you hop back into the gummi ship you will notice a new warp hole near Traverse Town. This warp hole will take you to the other side of the map...to Hollow Bastion. Also something that should be noted is that now that you have basically beaten Hollow Bastion the Battle Levels of most of the worlds have doubled. and the types of heartless you meet in them have also increase. But head into the new warp hole and head to Hollow Bastion.
Back Into the Castle
Once you enter Hollow Bastion head up to the top of the Rising Falls area and use the White Trinity Mark in the pool to get a Firaga-G. Then turn around and glide back toward the save point. Look for a new bubble floating just under the hovering rock platform. Hop inside to go to an underwater cave and a Defense Up. Now head back through Hollow Bastion and get back to the Castle Chapel, now that the Princesses of Heart are freed you can talk to them. Five of them are found inside this room so talk to them and then head towards the Grand Hall. Once you are back in the Grand Hall open the chest to the left of the main platform for a Flare-G. The chest near the high, glowing window contains the second best keychain in the game the Oblivion Keychain. There is a chest tucked away in the corner on the ledge of the machinery which contains Dalmations 61, 62, & 63. Head back into the Chapel area and use the save point, and prepare for another Boss battle. Once you are ready head back into the Grand Hall and head to the Dark Depths through the giant keyhole.

Behemoth [HP)1350] [EXP)16,000]
As soon as the battle starts lock onto the Behemoth's horn and get around back and climb up ontop of it. Make your way along its back and as soon as yo uget within range of the horn unleash Ars Arcanum. You can also jump off the beasts back from the front and use your new Ragnarock abilty on it while you are within range in the area. These two abilities should be enough to defeat the beast. But if not continue with some Aerial combos until you fell the beast. Watch out fo the Behemoth's attack they are quite powerful, but infrequent. They also have a very short range . Once you defeat the Behemoth you will recieve a Omega Arts.

Once you defeat the Behemoth, Sora will lock Hollow Bastion's keyhole. Also the Princesses will upgrade Fira to Firaga. Use the save point to get back on the gummi ship. The final world End of the World is now available. Also Chip and Dale will announce that the Hades Tournament is now open at the Coliseum. But unless your characters are around level 60 or higher its not really worth going to the tournament as they will rock you harder than anything before. Also Sephiroth is now available for fighting in the Coliseum just choose "????" to get into the fight. There are also various special Bosses that you can fight now. Before any of this though head back to Hollow Bastion's Library. On the first floor of the Library Aerith will be standing near a bookcase near the stairwell. When you speak to her she will hand over Ansem's Report 2, Ansem's Report 4, Ansem's Report 6, and Ansem's Report 10. Speak to her two more times to have her upgrade Cura to Curaga. As you head up the stairs you will notice the reuniting of Bell and Beast. Speak to Bell afterwards to recieve the Divine Rose Keychain.
