Welcome back to Traverse Town, now that you have some new abilities, there are some more things that you can get here in Traverse Town. First thing find Yuffie, next to the mailbox in the First District to find out where Leon is hiding...err...training. Then feel free to head back to the shops to see what they are carrying now. Both the weapon and item shops should be carrying new items, which in turn means new weapons for both Donald and Goofy. After stocking up and re outfitting your party head to the alley behind the item shop. There you will find a Red Trinity Mark, use your new Red Trinity Move, to break into the back of the Alleyway, behind some boxes. Open the chest here, to free Dalmations 4, 5 & 6. To bad the crates are to high to jump over still. So just turn around and go back to the First District.
Now make your way back to the Alleyway the correct way, make your way to the Second District and either go through the door on the lower level near the fountain, or go through the Hotel and jump down from the balcony like you did before with Leon. Once in the Alleyway, head to the back of the small waterway and find the Red Trinity Mark, use the Trinity to break the bars and get into the Secret Waterway. Follow the walk to find Leon and Aerith. Once you find them, speak with Leon twice and he will mention that you have to lock Traverse Town's Keyhole. Aerith will mention to talk to Cid abou the Navi-G Pieces. Leon also will hand over the Earthshine. There is a stairway behind Leon and Aerith, with a chest hidden behind the doorway, open it for Dalmations 10, 11 & 12. Now return to Cid's Accessory shop to talk to him about the Navi-G Pieces.
Inside Cid's shop there is a moogle who will mention a tournament...hmm...I wonder what thats about...ahh well, now onto Cid. Speak to him, to have him offer a trade, he will attach the Navi-G Pieces to your gummi ship if you take the Old Book to a magician, in an abandoned house in the Third District. Agree to his deal, to gain the Old Book, now head over to the Abandoned House. Head over to the Third District, after dispatching the Heartless in the area, head to the back alley in the area, here target the door with a flame symbol on it, and blast it with a Fire Spell. This will unlock the door, allowing you entry. Once you are inside, jump across the moving platforms on the water to get to the Abandoned House. Enter it from the side. Once inside you will meet, the greatest wizard of all...Merlin! After using some of his magic to liven the place up a bit, Merlin introduces the Fairy Godmother, who after speaking with her, mentions that she can unlock the power of the magic stones you find on your quest(stones like the Earthshine). Once unlocked the spirits inside can be summoned in battle to aid Sora in fighting the heartless. And because Sora now has the Earthshine, the Fairy Godmother, unlocks the stone, and free's Simba, and allows Sora to summon him in battle. Also in the house in a Blue Trinity Mark, use it to get a Mega-Ether and some munny. Also when stepping onto the save-point in the house, Merlin will tell Sora to find Cid in the Third District.
After speaking with Merlin and the Fairy Godmother, you can speak with Merlin again and use his training to better aquaint yourself with casting magic. Use his training to make yourself a very efficient user of the magical arts. You can return here at any time and train again, so don't fret, its also kind of fun, blowing up furniture...
Once you've had your fill of magic and magical training for some time, head back into the Third District. When you come into the main area, you will come across Riku. After a small reunion, head up the stairs and into the vacant house which, is strangly all lit up. Inside are all your friends from Traverse Town, Cid, Aerith, Yuffie, and Leon. Speak with Cid who will talk to you about certain things dealing with the Gummi ship and how to get around in space, he will also hand over a Warp-G which is automatically equipped to your ship, along with the Navi-G pieces, the latter will allow you to get to new worlds, your ship couldn't reach before. While the Warp-G allows your ship to jump to areas you have already been before, through the use of Warp Holes.
After talking to everyone in the house head outside of the vacant house and begin fighting some heartless. Head down the stairs and find the broken power line, with the sparks shooting from it. Target it and blast it with a nice Thunder Spell, to activate the machines in the Gizmo Shop. Now head back into the Second District and into the Gizmo Shop. Once your done taking care of the Heartless inside of the shop use the platforms to get to the higher level in the shop. Where you will lower each of the platforms, after lowering all three platforms, examine the clock in the room to get two Postcards. Now head back up to the Gizmo Shop's roof and find the Red Trinity Mark, use it to break into the Bell Tower. Once you ring the bell 3 times you will reveal the Traverse Town Keyhole. Now drop off of the roof and head towards it, until a previous "friend" shows up.

Guard Armor [HP)196] [EXP)0]
Now that you are all strong and more powerful than when you fought this fella before, just drop him, like the rusty bucket he is. With your new skills and power, he should drop real quick.

Opposite Armor (Body)[HP)900] [EXP)390], (Arms)[HP)135], (Legs)[HP)270]
Now the Guard Armor reveals its true form, as it seems to flip itself about. In its new form it gains a new attack, a beam cannon attack which can cause some massive damage if you aren't careful in, beating this recycled tin can down. Each apendage has its own HP's so you can fight this battle in one of two way, either take out all of Opposite Armors arms and legs and then attack its body or vice-versa. One thing to note is that once all the limbs are gone, you must fight against his torso alone, which will be consistently charging up its new beam cannon move. But either way Opposite Armor is not that hard of a boss and should fall quite easily to your party. After defeat Sora and Donald will learn the Aero Spell and also another Navi-G Piece.

Now that Opposite Armor is no more, feel free to lock Traverse Town and save it from future Heartless. Now head back to the First District and talk to Cid behind his shop. Cid is also a Gummi Salesman, so feel free to view his new wares, he will give you a Comet-G for free. What a nice fella. You can speak and find Cid here from now on, selling his gummi's, you can also build and edit your gummis from his menu.
Now head into Cid's Accesory Shop to find a little wooden boy behind the counter. Once you find him Jiminy Cricket will introduce your party to Pinocchio. Once you have met the boy who would be real, jump into your gummi ship and head over to the Olympus Coliseum to take part in the Phil Cup tournament. If you manage to win you will be rewarded with the Gravity Spell. Other than that, just take a trip to Agrabah, one of the new worlds after Deep Jungle.
